The church has  Garrison connections. It is partly 12th Century, but more dominantly 14th Century architecture and building, with numerous alterations down through the ages. Recent alterations have included a kitchen and an area for community outreach..

The church has a fine ring of 8 bells, which are rung  at weddings and on other occasions on request.

Friendly congregation of about 25 , visitors welcome.
